Sunday 0The Marine Corp Marathon is still on my horizon. I plan to stick to a "3 running days a week" 100 mile plan for the rest of Aug and see how my knee holds up. If all goes well then I'll try to get back to a 4 running day plan.
Returning from an injury and getting into marathon shape is a balancing back, so far so good!
